Looks like you need to transition the input file to 6.0, you are starting with a v4.0 file.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Invalid outputs from expand objects
I just installed Ver 6 and used the converter on an idf that works in V5. I find that I get errors when I run V6 and the errors are in the objects created by expandobjects. Looking at the expidf file they really do seem to be wrong. Things like text in what should be numeric fields. Has anybody else seen this? I have attached the files
