[EnergyPlus_Support] Can I modify zone temperature?

In the airflow network, because of well-mixed assumption, zone temperature isn't accurate. So I need to modify the zone temperature with a regression coefficient.

Supposing there are two zones. One zone is conditioned and another isn't conditioned.
I want to see how conditioned zone's load is changed by the adjacent zone temperature.
In this situation, what can I do for applying a regression coefficient on the zone temperature?
I tried to use EMS, but there is no change on conditioned zone's load.

Anyone can give me a precious advice?
Thanks in advance!
