Yes.
All the components I mentioned are available in EPlus.
Please use ExampleFiles.xls in the exampleFiles directory to select the examples.
If it is single zone system, a window unit (cooling only), or PTAC or PTHP may be used. These are all with an air cooled condenser.
Only a large capacity system would need the use of water cooling of the condenser unit and recycle the water. The coding procedure is the same for a large or small capacity water cooled system using similar units.
If you hold a rubber host and run water on the condenser coil of a fan coil dehumidifier would probably satisfy your system configuration. However, you will not find the rubber host object and water in EPlus modelled it that way.
If you enclose the condenser coil in a water tank and circulate the water to another pool or drain, that can be modelled in EPlus. Spraying water on the condenser will increase the capacity of the unit.
This is why I said earlier that if you have a real system, it will probably be able to be modelled with EPlus.
