[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat losses/gains through the fabric

Hi!
I'm trying to investigate the heat exchanges through the building fabric of a hospital assuming it's functioning as a passive building (NO HVAC).
how is it possible to find out assuming a stable indoor temperature of 21 C?
Which variable do i need to output?
Do i need to set up thermostats or HVAC?
