Geo Mix, 

Heat exchanges through walls,windows,floors,roof/ceiling is by convection and conduction, basics of heat transfer. There is an output variable Convection heat gain to air. 

Glass also transmit radiation. There is a Window heat gain output variable. 

You might also like to know the Inside and Outside surface temperatures
