Send the converted and/or original DOE2.1 files to the
helpdesk (energyplus-support@xxxxxxxx) and we can try to help.

I may have to update the DOE2 translator to V6 release.  

I have not done that yet due to time and  budget constraints.

If you are using the version currently downloadable (DOE2Translator), you will need to run them on Version 6 of the EnergyPlus software, not V3.0
