Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Can two same type HVAC systems be modelled in one zone ?

You can not have two AirloopHVAC objects serving the same zone since only 1 return node is allowed per zone. And placing the heat pumps in series in a single AirloopHVAC object will probably not satisfy your needs, although you could try it.

You can also have 2 systems in the same zone by using the ZoneHVAC object. See the WindowAC or WSHP_DOAS example files.

This probably means that you did not list the heat pump in the AirloopHVAC branch list. Follow the "Branch List Name" in the AirloopHVAC object to find what is defined for that air loop.

I want to model 2 UnitaryHeatPump:AirToAir in one zone.
I set ZoneHVAC:EquipmentList, ZoneEquipment1 for first UnitaryHeatPump, ZoneEquipment2 for second UnitaryHeatPump.
But I had a severe error
" ** Severe ** AirLoopHVAC:UnitaryHeatPump:AirToAir = 1-HEAT_PUMP
** Severe ** Did not find correct AirLoopHVAC."

I model a UnitaryHeatPump:AirToAir and a FanCoil in one zone. But I had no Error.
