[EnergyPlus_Support] LEED Documentation

I am filling out a LEED EA1 Template, and it requests the following information:

"Upload EAp2-12. If the project used EnergyPlus, provide the Input
summary and the Annual Building Utility Performance Summary (ABUPS),
System Summary, and the file that shows the annual energy cost by fuel
source."

I have no problem locating and uploading the Input Summary, ABPUS, and the System Summary, but I am having a hard time finding "the file that shows the annual energy cost by fuel source"

Can someone please inform me as to where this file is located?
