RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Plus vs. Design Builder

Hi John,

Design Builder is actually a interface of EnergyPlus. The simulation engine of Design Builder is EnergyPlus

Cheers

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Plus vs. Design Builder

Hello,

I have little experience with Energy Plus but mainly worked with Design Builder. Design Builder does provide energy consumption information but I was wondering how I can export my DB files to Energy Plus for further analysis. Is this necessary after all or Design Builder's output is good enough? If I do want to export my DB files, how can I do that? Any advice?

Best regards,
