[EnergyPlus_Support] LowTemperatureRadiant.. Zone energy/rate output missing?

Dear all,

I'm modelling for my university's thesis a 3-floor building composed of 3 different apartments each with 7 zone. I've modelled the HVAC system only for one of this apartment to check if it works good. The HVAC system is simple, 3 zone with radiant floor modelled as "LowTemperatureRadiant:VariableFlow", 2 with wall radiators modelled as "Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water". Source is a typical condensed boiler.

Everythink seems fine, no errors and in conditioned zone temperature is 20°C. But when I open output's file (with resultviewer) zones with radiant floor have "Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Energy" and "Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Rate" equal to 0.. Instead values for radiators are >0. Why this happen? How can I evaluate energy consumption of zone with radiant floor?

Thanks in advance!
