The logic control is the following: When peak demand occurs (in heating mode), the electrical resistences should switched on and off intermittently, but it must be orderly, that is, when in the electrical resistance is off in the zone A, the electrical resistance in the zone B must be on and vice versa. Something like rotation the electrical resistence by zone. I have reviewed the E+ documentation and I think I can use the group "demand limiting control", specifically the object "demandmanager:thermostat".
