I think you?re stuck with a bunch of warnings. As far as I know, the warning does not adversely affect anything. You may, however, want to review the performance curves for appropriateness during cold weather operation. That might reduce some errors.
As an aside, this is an interesting practical problem not addressed by ASHRAE 90.1. 90.1 does not address part load performance in any detail at all as far as the energy model goes, so I suppose you can use that good ?ole ?engineering judgment? and do your best.

Yes, while I understand this isn?t efficient to operate the equipment in cooling mode in the winter, this is for an App. G baseline system. The space is an interior space and the climate zone does not require Air-side economizer. The system type is PSZ-AC.
