Does a message with a title:

"File - NOTICE - SPAM and HIJACKED subscribers"

Means I am sending spams to this list?

Please let me know and I will track my email as it will mean it was hijacked.

This list does not tolerate SPAM in any form. If found, you will be moderated. And if continued, you will be removed from the list.

Likewise, we understand that many addresses (particularly hotmail and yahoo it seems) can be hijacked and messages sent that look like it comes from a subscriber. The first time this happens, the subscriber will be sent a notice and if it does not clear up, the subscriber will be removed.
