As with most inputs for use with EMS, you set up an EnergyManagementSystem:Sensor connected to a regular output report variable.  In this case you could use “Zone/Sys Air Temperature” for the sensor.

hi

i'm a college student and when i research some topics, i have a simple question about a Temperature control using EMS.

i just want to control a temperature Using EMS.

But i don't know exactly how do i know zone temperature.

i mean that if zone temperature become a 60 , i will turn on the cooler to decrease temperature.

in this case, how do i digonize zone temperature? dose internal variable exist??

i didn't know that.

actually, i tried to solve this problem with EMS manual but i didn't find a solution.

please let me know or send me an example idf files.
