NOAA has real data for a large number of sites, although I can’t recall if it includes Canada. https://nes.ncdc.noaa.gov/subscriptions.html
Weather Undergound (www.wunderground.com ) also has historical data, but some of it is from “personal weather stations” that may not be accurate
A new resource which looks great but has not been used by me personally is
www.weatheranalytics.com . They appear to have everything you’d ever need.
