Thanks Linda, that was the problem.  I had renamed the file extension.  The utilities you provided worked just fine.

Where did you put your .fmt file

It doesn't seem to be able to find it.  Or it can't open it.

Did you convert the bin file to fmt?  or just rename an extension.
