Please list your latitude/longitude in decimal
degrees:

Name of Location (including country and state/province, if
appropriate)
Latitude (N+/S-)(decimal format required)
Longitude (E+/W-)(decimal format required)
Time Zone (+/- GMT)
Elevation (meters)
