[EnergyPlus_Support] Plant/Cond loop & HeatExchanger:WatersideEconomizer

Dear all,

 

How to remove a fixed amount of energy from the plant loop?

 

Is it possible to use the HeatExchanger:WatersideEconomizer (being a heatexchanger in my model) at the supply side of the condenser loop? Because I want to connect the source side of the HeatExchanger to the demand side of a nother plant loop which is feeded by DistrictCooling object.
