Run some examples in the examples folder, such as
HeatPumpWaterToAirEquationFit.idf and /or
HVACTemplate-5ZoneWaterToAirHeatPumpTowerBoiler.idf
to find out.
Do not try to copy objects from both files and combine them in your IDF. Use one form or the other.
The simplest way to modify is to replace only the building related section, i.e. material, construction, zone names,
BuildingSurface:Detailed, FenestrationSurface:Detailed, Shading:Zone:Detailed,
and any other building features you need to add.

In general, heat pump is not a good heat source for Wintor and Domestic hot water heating.
If you use one coil in each zone, and one heat pump for a few zones, you may need seasonal control.
You may also need heaters for the compressor of the heat pump in Winter. So why use a heat pump?

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Water to Air Heat Pump and water heater
i have an example includes; water to air heat pump and water heater. the system has a heat pump and it serves conditioned water to fan coils and water heater. in summer time it serves only fan coils and water heater uses electrical heater.
I want to use templates in this example. I decided to use:
HVACTemplate:Zone:WatertoAirHeatPump
HVACTemplate:Zone:FanCoil
HVACTemplate:Zone:MixedWaterLoop
HVACTemplate:Plant:MixedWaterLoop
Which combinations can be used in there moreover? which combinations i should use?
If anybody help me i would be glad.
