Thanks for your advice. 
The design of system was ended and i try to make a simulation for this system. I know its not good for both winter and domestic heat but it did.
I checked the example file but it has boiler and tower too.
I want to ask something! Is it possible to make one (water to air heat pump)rooftop unit which serves a heat exchanger and heat exchanger serves to multiple fan coil units?
