[EnergyPlus_Support] Outdoor Air Mixers



Hi,

A general question about outdoor air mixers:

I know that when you have an outdoor air mixer object on the plant side of an AirLoopHVAC object, it is possible to attach additional equipment (such as an energy recovery ventilator) to the OutdoorAir:Mixer object.  This requires that all objects connected to the OutdoorAir:Mixer object appear on an AirLoopHVAC:OutdoorAirSystem:EquipmentList, and that an AirLoopHVAC:OutdoorAirSystem object is required.

OutdoorAir:Mixers are also required for some zone conditioning equipment.  My question is: can additional equipment and controllers be attached to an OutdoorAir:Mixer when it is attached directly to ZoneHVAC equipment (ie not on the supply side of an AirLoop).
