[EnergyPlus_Support] Reporting zone mechanical ventilation

Hello,

My HVAC schedule is on from 0600-2200, and my OA controller available from 0700-2200. However, when I look at the zone mechanical ventilation reported, I see that there is mech ventilation starting the time step after 0600. Is E+ ramping up OA from 0600-0700? If not, what is the reason?

Also, at times when HVAC schedule is off, like 0500, sometimes I see a value reported for zone mechanical ventilation, sometimes not. What is the reason?
