Files in these two different engines are difficult to equate. Also results from either of them might not be comparable with actual bills. There has been many studies conducted to research this issue. You can have a look at the BESTEST reports comparing different simulation programs.

You can look through IEA tasks, there are more than two related to test and validation of building energy simulation tools.
