This is not really all that large of model, most any modern PC should handle one this large.
1. Yes, the count of surfaces and HVAC systems drives the run time. Reducing the number of zones will help, but the main benefits come from an associated reduction in the number of surfaces and HVAC components.
2. No, the model should run the same way each time, except when it is running out of memory because of other applications running at the same time.
3. You have many different types of errors. This results are not likely to be reliable. It is good practice to deal with errors at the top of the file first. Start with HVACTemplate error. Then fix the sizing errors that show load are zero. HVAC systems that size out to zero tend to run poorly if at all. The warning message content is usually informative when read carefully.
