[EnergyPlus_Support] How to replace IdealLoadAir System

Hello,

I want to study the cooling/heating needs of a building. My problem is that i can't use IdealLoadAir System because I have to model the ventilation in detail (outdoor air injection in one zone, extraction in another, with transfer between the 2 zones). So my question is, how can I replace this system:

IdealLoadAirSystem
Heating Supply Air Temperature: 35°C
Cooling Supply Air Temperature: 12°C
Heating supply Air Humidity Ratio : 0.01 kg H20/kg air
Cooling Supply Air Humidity Ratio: 0.008 kg H20/kg air
no heating limit
no cooling limit
no outdoor air
heating availability schedule ON
heating availability schedule ON

In fact, I have tried to model the cooling system with:
   -AirLoop, OA mixer (no outdoor air), Cooling Coil Water, Supply Fan Variable Volume
   -zone SingleDuctVAV no reheat
   - Plant Loop, Pûmp variable speed, District Cooling

But I can't manage to set up the control in order to obtain the same effect as a IdealLoadAir Cooling system.
