[EnergyPlus_Support] HVAC Template: ZoneVAV Baseboard heating capacity

Hello EP team:

The Input Output Reference description of autosizing for the 'Baseboard Heating Capacity' in HVACTemplate:Zone:VAV is a little vague:

The second last sentence indicates that the baseboard will be sized to meet the full heating load.
The last sentence indicates that the baseboard heating will be sized to meet the heating load not met by the VAV system.

Pg. 1983 V6 EnergyPlus Input Output Reference Guide

Field: Baseboard Heating Capacity

Enter autosize to allow the sizing algorithm to determine the proper capacity required based
on the loads experienced during the heating design day. If a value is specified, it is the
maximum amount of heat that the baseboard heating can deliver in Watts. Note that
EnergyPlus autosizing will autosize the baseboard heating to meet the full heating load of the
zone, regardless of the heating capability of the VAV air handling system. The baseboard
heating will be set to heating priority 2, which means it will meet any remaining heating load
not met by the VAV system.
