If I have understood your question, unfortunately not so easy. One ease way is to add an ideal load system (HvacTemplate IdealLoad if I remember correct) and then on output variables to add all the Zone airsystem variables (you can read in the manual about the meaning of each)

If I want to make something like a passive breakdown in order to observe heat gains, is there any option like total heat gain (not for internal gains)? I could not find anything relevant..
