[EnergyPlus_Support] UnitVentilator with Controller:WaterCoil

Hello,

In order to cool a zone, I want to add a variable flow of recirculated air at 12°C.
In order to do that, I added a ZoneHVAC:UnitVentilator with no outdoor air, a variable volume fan and a cooling coil. I have a controller:WaterCoil and a setpoint manager, in order to adjust the water flow enterring the coil, in order to get a temperature of 12°C for the air going out the coil, but the manager isn't working. The unit ventilator adjust both the air flow and the water flow, but the outlet air has a variable temperature.

Does anyone know how to model what I want to do with a ZoneHVAC system?
