EnergyPlus is not going to give CFD results.  Generally a zone is considered evenly mixed, so there will be no distribution through a zone.

Hi Mustafa,
 
Yes. It is possible to model the CO2 concentrations in a room. For instance the CO2 its the only gas. You can find it in the internal gains (people).
