Hi,
There were a couple of input errors in your file. Attached in the corrected file. Also transitioned the input file to V6.
You need to fix the following error to get it working.
** Severe ** Attempt to assign branch to two different loops, Branch=ZONE 1 COOLING BRANCH
** ~~~ ** Branch already assigned to loop=CHILLED WATER LOOP
** ~~~ ** New attempt to assign to loop=HOT WATER LOOP
** Fatal ** GetPlantSideInput: Previous Severe errors cause termination.
Suggest you look into the following files to accomplish your goal.
RadLoTempCFloHeatCool.idf
RadLoTempCFloHeatCoolCondFD.idf
RadLoTempCFloTermReheat.idf
