[EnergyPlus_Support] have problem with ReadVarsESO

Hi,
I want to use Jeplus and it asks me .Rvi or .Mvi data . I read Input Output Reference.pdf but didn't understand how can i activating ReadVarsESO inside E.P. and how can i have  .Rvi or .Mvi files?
would you help me please?

I'm working with windows
