Yes that is true.

Which output fields should I be comparing to see the effect of tubes? 

Currently my strategy is to see the difference between "Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Rate" for without earth tubes (maintaining 24 temperature) and then subtracting the "Earth Tube Zone Sensible Cooling Rate" (without any HVAC support).

Can I simply compare these output fields?
