[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone & Building heat gain from outside air

Another question;

What is the best way to report the the heat transfer (conduction and convection path) from the outside to the inside of a zone through the walls and windows? Essentially I am trying to do is study the passive design measures of a building. 

For instance, if I have a zone with only 1 exterior surface which is a wall with a window (all other surfaces are interior), I want to calculate for this zone the amount of energy gain from infiltration, the amount of energy by transmitted solar radiation, and the energy gain by temperature difference between inside and outside (physically the inside surface convective heat transfer from the exterior wall to the air node). 

Finally, I need the sum of each category (solar gain, conduction gain, infiltration gain) for each zone over the year. 

This calculation is a requirement for the energy certification in the United Arab Emirates.
