Yes, you can ignore it but it is better to fix it. Set the last entry in 
the load range scheme to a very high number.

Load Range Based Operation Scheme=HW HEATING OPERATION.

This may not be the same object you are using but you should get the 
point from this example. The warning may be happening during warmup and 
if so you don't see those values in your output. You could see them if 
you wanted to by adding Output:Diagnostics,ReportDuringWarmup to your 
input file.
