565 watt/meter square  is about right for an average value of solar beam intensity.

You should be able to read all these from the report variable.

I will try to run your IDF again.  The skylight from the two roof will give you dirrent readings.  That was why I said that I do not have enough information to comment. 

I do not know what  @20:20 means.  If it is 8 pm, there will be no sun.

EPlus may not include the diffused component in the beam component.

I do not follow your equation at present and the list of angles and how they are used.

Here is the equation used to calculated window solar incident:
window_transmitted_hg = tau_D * E_D + tau_diff * E_diff
tau_D is the transmittance of the  window to direct (beam) radiation
E_D is the incident direct (beam) radiation flux
tau_diff is the transmittance of the  window to diffuse radiation
E_diff is the incident diffuse radiation flux
