You need to use the

##fileprefix

to specify the drive name and path with a '\' as the ending character

##include should have the file name only.

Nothing more, nothing less. I will put the files (that I have been "select all, copy pasting" into a master J:\20110721.idf until now, which ran fine as a idf) in the problem submittals.
