I have an imf file in a folder called “Model” which has the following code in it to grab other imf files.  I did have issues initially getting it to find the file and this is what ended up working, hope it helps.  I also have not used jEPlus before either.

 

##include Model\Includes\General.imf

##include Model\Includes\Constructions.imf

##if #[ Geometry[] EQS BASELINE ]

  ##include Model\Includes\Geometry.imf

##elseif #[ Geometry[] EQS DSF ]

  ##include Model\Includes\Geometry_DSF.imf

##endif

##include Model\Includes\Shading.imf

##include Model\Includes\InternalMass.imf
