Hi,
HVAC diagram can be used to generate a svg file based on the bnd file generated by EnergyPlus. It is a stored in the primary EnergyPlus\PostProcess folder upon installation.
More information about this utility can be found in the AuxiliaryPrograms.pdf
Once the .svg file is created, you can use SVG viewer/editor. www.inkscape.org
