Look at the People object, the last 3 inputs are the thermal comfort model. You can search the documentation to find each of these models.

It should count the hours for the whole building, when the operative temperature and himidity ration of a zone not met a range of values like ASHRAE 55 (actually ASHRAE 55 is a too high standard for me).
