[EnergyPlus_Support] Help whit View Results in EP-Launch

EnergyPlus Group

Hi!!, I am writing because I have a problem with View Results in EP-Launch, when  run my simulation and go to view results just show me the DXF button and the rest of the buttons are DISABLED. 

I need help to enable the other buttons
