[EnergyPlus_Support] Help on error msg about thermal tank doesn't match plantloop

Hello All, I got an error msg and could not find the problem, any one could help me out please?

 It is a TES tank to cooling tower and radiant cooling system. 

My idf file is attached. Thanks a lot.
