[EnergyPlus_Support] Help with internal comfort impact!

Hi everyone!
I'm comparing the impact in the internal comfort of different insulation materials for the same model house. The U-value obtained for the same thickness is something straight forward and E+ is not even necessary. The radiant interior surface Temperatures play an important role in how we perceive thermal comfort. Is it possible to calculate it with E+? Also for the same U-value achieved [different thicknesses] I will achieve the same radiant interior surface Temperatures by any insulation material or the factor will change.
Thanks in advance!

P.D: I've got another question Why the Material:Airgap does not rely on the thickness of the airgap, because I can not find any place to specify the thickness of the gap in the cavity wall, so I assume that it doesn't really matter?
