[EnergyPlus_Support] Conection with Energyplus



HI,
I'd lke to ask if there is any software that i can use to connect energyplus with a custom fortan code that i have made for a ventilated facade. Basically i want to conect the wall outside surface coefficient (from e+ and my code) and the facade outlet (to be an inlet to e+ room or hvac node)
