[EnergyPlus_Support] How to set the "chilled water supply temperature reset" and "hot water supply temperature reset"?

Dear all,

According to the ASHRAE90.1, the baseline building in the energy rating should have the "chilled water supply temperature reset" and "hot water supply temperature reset", but I cannot find it in the E+, can anybody help me on that?
