[EnergyPlus_Support] How can I simulate the heat recovery bypass condition?

Dear all,

When using the Energy Recovery Ventilator to supply the outdoor air to the indoor environment, the fan energy consumption is sometimes even larger compared to the saved energy. So I'd like to bypass the supply outdoor air and exhaust air to save fan power consumption. Any body knows how to simulate it?
