[EnergyPlus_Support] why the U-factor changes

I built the model in DesignBuilder, and set the exterior wall heat transfer coefficient as 0.479W/m2-K. But after the .idf exported to the EPLUS, the exterior wall U-factor with film showed as 0.484W/m2-K, which cannot meet the ASHRAE standard. I wonder how the value could change. Is it OK not to change the value and submit it the USGBC, or I have to reset the U-factor value in EPLUS?
