[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat Pump HSPF Calculation

Dear E+ Forum,

I'm hoping for a recommendation about how to specify heat pump heating coils (Coil:Heating:DX:SingleSpeed) so that the HSPF (Heating Season Performance Factor referenced by ASHRAE 90.1 and AHRI 210/240) is correct for a 90.1 baseline energy model.
The HSPF is very similar to a SEER in concept, but is not calculated by E+ as far as I can tell.  For small heat pumps (< 65MBH or ~19kW) this is the efficiency measure specified by 90.1.
So far, my best idea is to use the COP specified by 90.1 for the next size larger heat pump capacity.
