[EnergyPlus_Support] IDFtoIFC

Hello group.

I am going to redo my before question, since it was too tangled.
I know that others versions of Energy Plus had the IDFtoIFC utility. In this moment, I checked to install again EnergyPlus 6, but it doesn't give me the option to install IDFtoIFC.

Has Energy Plus left this utility? How can I obtain this IDFtoIFC converter? Is there any way to pass IDF files to IFC format? (I only would work with the geometric description). I read that it is a LBLN work, but I don't find a link to download it, and I don't know if it only works with Energy Plus.
