[EnergyPlus_Support] Output Analysis

Hi all,

Can anyone explain why there is a difference between 

-Sum of HeatingCoils:EnergyTransfer [J]

-Sum of Heating:EnergyTransfer:Zone:<list of zones>[J]

I have a model where the 'heatingCoil:EnergyTransfer appears to reflect my defined zone control but the Heating:EnergyTransferZone appears to summing an 'ideal' scenario (i.e. heating in the summer months if the outside conditions are cool even though I have isolated the heating coil in my model).

Is there any resource that defines all outputs available in E+?
