System Fan Power according (ASHRAE 90.1-2007, appendix G) .
Change your pressure rise input to 'autosize', if this is an allowed option, and see what fan power is needed. If this does not work, the problem is not in the fan power.

James in bldg-sim mailing list post proposes a method for incorporate System Fan Power in Energyplus simulation modifing Supply Fan Delta Pressure (for my model is 1495Pa), but when I apply this pressure settings, simulation shows all this errors.
I apreciate if anyone could me explain more detailly some procedure for model System Fan Power according (ASHRAE 90.1-2007, appendix G) in energyplus model.

I bet the coil setpoints are too low because the coils are auto sized and the user specified airflow is too little to achieve the needed cooling with a normal coil working at setpoints between 12 and 18 deg C. The program is trying to cool very little air very cold to bring enough "cold energy" into the room.
